What Happens When You Are Nominated Under Express Entry Stream Or Program?
In this case, you must:
- Meet the basic criteria for express entry
- Meet at least any of the immigration programs it covers
To apply for the provincial nominee program:
- You must apply for a nomination from a territory or province
- A territory or province must nominate you, then
- You will need to apply to Citizenship and Immigration Canada to become a permanent resident.
